Smile it out
I guess everyone heard about this #100days of happiness challenge that went viral among a lot of Bloggers. I do like the idea behind but forcing people to remember that they are actually happy every day and document it. That sounds more like a forced action. I mean if someone thinks his/ her life is shit then it probably is. Instead of forcing people to "act" like they are happy what about inspire them to change their life to a better? If you dont wake up happy then you are most definetly a very pessimistic human being or have a really complicated and unsatisfying life - which by the way you can always change!
To be happy is a process. I slowly learned to find my inner peace. Well the way I do it is with buddhism methods. I have found myself in spirituality. Im not buddhist but I like the way how they approach to life. Some things I can copy into my life. For example that every decision you make, every thought you have, has a major impact on how you carry yourself in this universe.
Since I have opened up myself for spirituality I feel more content, I erase bad thoughts, negative vibes throughout my life. I try to inspire people to feel good and think positive. And its working pretty well. I have never got so many compliments on my "happiness" like nowadays.
